International students
The North of Scotland is a wonderful mixture of nationalities, cultures and faiths, and organisations that welcome these students benefit from a truly international educational experience. However, it is important you recognise that students may be a long way from home, studying in a second language and perhaps experiencing ‘culture shock' and therefore might feel in need of some additional support.
For example, student support specifically tailored for international students may include information, advice and guidance on courses available, financial matters, visa requirements and an English language support programme.
